History

Cuisines Equinoxe was created in March 1991. Cuisines Equinoxe was first set up in Ville St-Laurent where it  started it’s operations as an equipment distributor and which was at the time giving its manufacturing production to sub-contractors. After a few months operation, the owners decided to move the company to Laval where larger premises would permit the acquisition of additional machinery and thus improve their customer services.

With its constant growth and premises no longer appropriate for the factory or the offices, it became an obvious obstacle to their expansion. Therefore, in 2000 , the company moved to a new site in Bois-des-Filion, a suburb north of Montreal. While it doubled its surface area and acquired other new production machinery such as a laser cut-out machine for stainless steel sheets, the company was able to significantly increase its production and maintain high quality standards.

Cuisines Equinoxe is proud of its achievements and with the customer's trust, it is looking at the future with confidence and optimism.
